You could have issues with the county of sonoma with water. Serious about water over here. Not sure where you'll get land for 200 k for 20 acres. Good luck with your garden!!!

Well this certainly brings me back a step since I was basing my land estimates on property values in Yuba specifically. Im set on the idea of a 99+ plant grow. Due to the volume of business my network conducts, I need a farm able to meet the demand im facing. In this day of age I didnt really consider guerilla grows, but honestly would this be a better gamble? Id hate to go search for another county with the 99plant max, find and invest in land JUST to follow county laws and still have it seized by federal agents. I read recently that a new bill was passed preventing Federal Agents from interfering with anybody thats within the confines of state law, but it just makes me wonder.. does that bill even change anything on the cultivators side?

Well i was hoping to stay away from sonoma county due to how expensive land is out there. But if yuba county is fucked and santa cruz too then im pretty sure that just leaves sonoma county with the 99plant laws? I could be wrong but it will now take more research.. Which brings me to the question of plot sharing; are there many openminded landowners in sonoma county would you say? I wouldnt mind splitting a harvest with a landowner if it was a reasonable split.

First it's a doctor's rec, second you linked to a case which the defendant only had a doctor's recommendation for 8 ounces but was in possession of 12. Had he not cheaped out the issue would have never gone to court. I paid $200 for my 99 plant rec in Sac

You got scammed. Courts in California do not honor nor recognize 99 plant recs.

That case is a precedent set in the supreme court of california saying you can exceed plant limitations set by local ordinance as long as you can prove its all for you and your patients. Otherwise to legally grow 99 plants in California you need to have a collective consisting of at least 18 patients. Or be a care giver. But a care giver requires ro be an actual care giver not just a grower. Meaning you have take care of the patients every needs that they are unable perform on their own.

Most of california only allows 8 ounces and 6 mature or 12 immature per patient. In mendo and humby it's 3 pounds. And their plant limit is a 100 Sq ft.

Why do you think all.the dispensaries make copies of recs and give free weed for first timers. They use those recs for their collective grow.

@hyroot you are completely right, the 99 plant rec has been a very profitable scam by doctors perpetuated by the grey area of MMJ laws.. you're better off forming a collective and getting people with recs to join!

If you scroll down to the cultivation section you will see a sample collective agreement, fill in the blanks and add more lines and work up to 18 patients if 99 is your plan! Even with the agreement you will never be truly safe with that big of an op, feds have raided smaller...

Not sure why you are trying to make assumptions about MY medical history. It's not a scam, it's a very legitimate thing, but go ahead and keep making things up if you want. The case you linked to is very weak and doesn't set any precedent. The patient wasn't trying to use a 99 plant card, they had an 8 oz card like I said earlier...

Sorry to burst your bubble, but there are no plant number limits for patients in California.

The 6 mature, or 12 immature plant limit that was established by the State Assembly in SB420 was found to be unconstitutional by the Kelly Supreme Court decision.

Never pay extra for a recommendation that "allows" more plants, it is not necessary, and the doctors that offer it are scamming patients to get more money.

All you need is a doctor's recommendation.
