So I got a 1000 watt system, growing some hot peppers, tomatoes and thai basil on top of 1 pot plant. I have 1 sprout up, it either a tomato or a hot pepper, and the cotyledons are pointing straight in the air.
They're in rockwool, haven't been given any nutes. The light is about 3 feet above the plant, I have a box fan running while the lights are on, and a 250 CFM fan for exhaust in a 5x5x6 tent.
All I can think of is that the plant is getting too much light? It looks otherwise healthy, no marks or anything, deep green colour.
