Could I create viable seeds from a cross under 300w HPS (150 x 2)?

I have a 5x2 closet w/ 300w of HPS in there...Is this enough light to create good seeds?

I want to cross a "Fruity Juice" from Sensi with sativa pheno of "Bubblegum" from Serious.

Something like this:

Fruity Juice x Bubblegum (TH)

yes, i made seeds under cfl's before, took 6 weeks to mature but under a good hps it could take as little as 4 weeks.
