Could Kelp extracts be a waste of money?

Well I started using the GS Liquid Kelp today, soil and foliar. I also use kelp meal in my soil mix so interested to see if I get any advantage.

I supplement throughout with this soil hume- has kelp and humic acids- GH Florilicious plus doesn’t have the humic acid anymore and this is much less expensive
