Could my Ph be causing this?

Haven't ph the water I use(faucet water)
Happy frog soil
Floranova bloom nutrients
Leave tips on new growth seems to be slowly turning.

Does anyone have any idea if it could just be the ph of the water, I don't think it's zinc deficiency as I give them enough nutrients I believe.
Here's some pics

I have 4 female plants(lucky they all turned females) under two 150watt hps, they're in 2 gal pots with smart naturals happy frog potting soil, I vegged them from Jan 1st to the 28th so since I changed the cycle they've been doing fine, just recently am I starting to notice the leave tips. The lights stay about 8-12 inches from the plants as there not hot at all( I can put the back of my hand on the glass). I've been feeding them tap water this whole time and they've been fine until recently so I'm not quite sure if it's the ph in the tap, a zinc problem or a nute burn, I'm pretty anal about my plants health as its my first grow and happy I caught this in its earlier stages. Here are some pictures of the nutes, and the plants' setup and better pictures of the leaves as well , I also give the plants about 8 ounces of water typically every other day With the nutes.
