Could stinkbuds technique work using..

Does anyone think that stinkbuds technique could work using flood and drain tables? 1Minute on 5 minutes off all through out the day? Plus running with his nutrient plan. ?? Usually i flood every 3 or 4 hours for 5-8 minutes at a time. Just a thought! And interested in new techniques..maybe i misunderstood the concept.. but regaurdless i am interested in yours guys input or any other techniques you guys use.

That's way too much flooding for ebb and flo.

If you use a medium like hydroton, or no medium at all then it should be fine with that much flooding.
