Could this be Powdery Mildew?

This is my first grow and I received clones a week ago and was told they were 2 weeks old when I got them, so they should be about 3 weeks into veg. Any idea what those little dry white spots and sugary looking leaves could be this early? With a little drop of water I was able to wash away the little white spots. But the leaves still have a very sugary white look to them. I want to give them a couple more days to see what it turns into but I currently have seeds in the same tent and don't want to risk damaging them. If anyone can help its greatly appreciated, thanks.

I think the plants are 3 weeks into rooting, so one more week before official vegging starts.

Not purposely but when I water some definitely gets on the leaves.

Humidity has been around 40%. I gave them very light light feeding of vegbloom twice. Grown in happy frog soil with temps between 70-80. The first 2 days temps did get up to 90 for a hour but I got it under control.

looks like water/nute residuals

pm is like computer fan dust, very fine and will blow around (don't blow it around)
it'll build up to thick white cotton on top of leaves if you let it, that doesn't look like pm to me but could be

Sorry I deleted the other one. Just wanted to know what it was as quick as possible incase I had to remove it.

Thanks I'm hoping thats all it is. I'll give it another day or 2 and if it forms anything like that I'm just gonna chuck em and hope it didn't spread to my seeds.

for sure still suspect, pm looks soft like soft white to gray powdery dust on the leaves, hard to tell without having it in front of us.

It has this look but not to the naked eye. I only could see it with the flash on my phone taking a video zoomed in.

Take a full plant shot..

If it were me id say its PM.

The first pic looks like PM bad,

2 different plants

Checked it this morning and it hasn't spread or anything and is looking better so I'm hoping for the best.

dollar store has magnifying glasses. no hoping, no guessing, check it out?
