Could this be Powdery Mildew?

get a pint of skim milk, mix it in a quart of ro water, and spray your plant with it. the lactobacillus in the milk will out compete the pm and starve it out, without harming your plant.
i use a product called scd bio-ag, but all it is, is a lactobacillus culture. does the same thing.

and get SKIM milk, don't want all that milk fat on your plant, inviting other shit to eat it, and your plant

Glad Roger chimed in and said that, another thing you can do is take a cap full of H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide 3%) put it in a 16 oz spray bottle shake it up really good and give your plant a very light spraying it will kill pm as well. Rather be safe then sorry but looks like residue to me from people misting the clones when they were rooting.

If its pm add a small amount of baking soda and water and rub the leaves affected with the solution - repeat as needed and should take care of it in a couple days no need to stress

Good news!

Don't spray a bunch of shit on your plants if you DON'T have PM, let alone if you did just rid yourself of the infected plants, sulfur burn your room, etc.

Potassium Bicarbonate is about the best you can do to combat pm

Baking soda is sodium bicarbonate (not the best thing to leave on plants) and even then my best luck was to just punt the whole infected shit and start over.

Foliar feeding absorbs nutes faster if its a Def issue u wanna stop quick snap like growing with cobs n their notable Calmag issues as the soil dries 2 slowly so the plant finds it hard to absorb Calmag so either endomycorrhizal if ur using cobs or foliar feed n mytocorrizal takes a bit to establish as foliar hits hard n fast,no need to ph either as ph is for the roots. N if u foliar seaweed dont pre shake the bottle lol what I do in beg ia just before lights oit I foliar feed em as the stomata is open to release oxygen so no need for some clinging agents. Then of there is bits of nuts on the leafs twn mins before lights out plast em with water as the stomata also opens at that stage n growth occurs in lights out bro.the chlorophyll takes the par (photosynthetically active radiation) as energy using half of it to rid the oxygen via stomata then keeps the H2 for other shit or released it at night cant remember lol

The plant is still tiny man, I think you are chasing your tail, No reason for such a small plant to get a fungal infection.
Mold is more prominent in thicker bushes under high humidity, as it keeps moisture high around the leaves.
I think you are just looking at the beautiful shimmer that is cannabis.
