Couple problems and questions.Please help

So one of my questions is can light effect some plants differently even if they’re the same strain? I have 6 plants under 200w of t8s which I know aren’t known as the best and I also have another 200w of cfls shining on the sides. This is all in a 4x3x4 space. All the plants started under two cfls each as seedlings and for about 3 weeks. Now that Ive moved them under the 200w of t8s and cfls on the sides they’ve been doing good for about another week and a half. Now some of them are good and some are drooping and some leaves are getting crispy. The plants are close enough to the t8s and not close enough to the cfls to get light burn. I don’t believe they’re over or under watered.I also pulled them out of the pots and they’re about due for a transplant but I don’t think that would be the problem. The temp is 75 and the humidity is about 66. Any ideas will help. My last question is when can you take clones? I’m going on 6 weeks and if these three plants that are drooping die I’d wanna take clones from the other three that aren’t dying to compensate for those. Thanks everyone

I believe it does, based on light distance and their individual grow rate.
Example of this I recently did 3 of the same strain recently, numbered1,2 & 3 based upon when they sprouted.
Number 1 & 2 had no light issues BUT number 3 did with the same light - it had some slight light burn issues, so I had to adjust the light distance, move it futher away exclusively for Number 3. After a few days N°3 was on track.
Drooping can also be related toHeat and Air Flow, have you added a fan? Is there a decent Air Flow?
Example of Drooping I usually get is if there is a Heat Wave, so the plants suck up more because they are thirsty, when I test the soil for moister it also states Dry so after I water them they spring back within 1hr.
If the PH level is messed up it can also effect your plants in a negative way.

So check light distance where you have noticed changes and air flow, I would even go as far as to say check PH n soil and the water you give them make sure it balances out, i'd suggest add pictures also so we get a better POV.

About Clones, I think we need to know more about what seeds you are using exactly.
If they are Autos then it's virtually pointless cause the clones internal clock is based upon when you took the clip, so basically it starts to grow from the same stage you took it from the mother. So if it was in Flower you will most probably get a very poor yield...

Taking clones at the level your at should be the last thing on your mind given the questions and issues your having. The crispy could be from wind burn if you have a fan running across them or ph can do funky things as well. Becoming root bound can cause issues. What soil are you using?

I’m using fox farms soil and it is a well vented area and the fans Blowing on them but not too hard just a light breeze

What if I take clones from the healthy ones? When’s a good time to take a clone?

Seems like over water in this pic.
That’s the thing they’re not over watered because I let them get dry to check the roots but watered right after so it’s not under watered or over watered I don’t think

How much water do you give them and how often? Do you spray them with water? What is the PH level of your soil and the water you use?
If possible another pic showing clearly the actual damage.

I have not checked the pH that’s the only thing I haven’t done. I water when it’s dry up to my first knuckle and don’t give it too much water just enough for it to run through the bottem

Can you give us a good close up of the areas which worry you cause it doesn't look as bad as you are making it sound :)
I'm not saying you are worried for no reason but the top nodes and leaves seem ok, they don't appear to have any form of bleaching like light burn so it doesn't look as if you need to change distance. Bottom leaves turn yellow first but if the yellow starts from the tips, it's Neut burn.

I didn't take Wind burn into consideration but after i saw the pics it doesn't look like it to me.

Soil ph isn't an issue if your using good soil. You need to finish this grow and get you a proper growing space established.
