how exactly does nuet lockout work/happen?yeah, it must have been a lock out. And than all the sudden an explosion of nutes
because I thought I was being extremely conservative with my feeding.

if the pH is above or below a certain level (its different for different nutrients), the plant is unable to absorb them. Then all the nutrients you feed your plant accumulate in the soil rather than being absorbed. Then if you bring the soil or hydro to it's proper pH level the nutrients are all absorbed at once causing an overdose.

good to know, maybe on my next grow i'll simulate this with one of the plants to see if it could recover from it.
