Credit Card Decline

I have tried three different seed banks and two different cards but when checking out it always rejects the cards. Anyway I can get around this or a seed bank that won't have this problem?

The seed banks were: Attitude, Nirvana, and worldwide marijuana seeds.

Have you bought online before? It's not really a problem we can help you with.
You can get around it by trying different paying options if they offer any, such as, "Mail order or direct deposit"

not the seedbank's fault. you gotta make sure that the prepaid you are using is accepted internationally. visa greendot and visa vanilla will be accepted. also, amex gift cards.

Also you have to use the same addy as the card is registered to. If it is prepaid I call em and register it to my safe addy.

Most likely your bank is refusing international transactions as some sort of safety measure.
