Cree led cob problem

Long story short I had a security scare took the lights down 6 cobs (cutters) until Coast was clear , was wiring up the 2 lights on the driver plugged it in surprisingly there was some flashes I won't say Sparks but something wasn't right.
So I wired up the 6 cobs and plugged it in to see if that would work..no luck there..
I spent a good hour playing around finally got power on 2 cobs , so I was happy with that because that's all I needed for my seedlings but the next day I try to find out if there was some faulty Cobs I could find out, soon as I try one of the other cobs it seemed to short circuit again.
I ruled out the driver when I changed it for another exact driver that I have in other grow room.. that driver was not to be the problem.
I'm thinking maybe when I was taken down the lights originally I may have damaged though i was gentle I would thought.
Maybe 1 cob damaged the lot one by one.
Pure novice when it comes to these things I just know how to wire them up and hang on.
Any advice be appreciated

I think I found a solution to my problem I wired up to cobs to a 400w driver which ended up pushing 171 volts which fried my eggs. (
This case is closed. thank you
