Crispy leaves through middle of plant should I trim?

currently at day 42 veg....going to switch to 12/12 within next 7 days due to her outgrowing her grow box...originally 1 plant setup in Rubbermaid but added a 2nd 10 days ago and space is scarce. I've resorted back to a previous grow box that was at the time too large and could not control temps consistently. Just yesterday morning she was about 1/4 inch away from the lights ( 6 bulb CFL setup totaling 150 real watts plus 1 t8 that is daylight ). Per my daily examination I noticed one of the larger original fan leaves has been what looks to be burnt to a crisp but I'm not sure because it was in the middle of the plant possibly resulting in not enough light? Fed 10 days ago full strength nutes at 3 tspn per gal of doc farms grow big but she was worked up to it from 2 previous feedings 1st at 1/4 tspn/ gal 2nd at 1 tspn/gal and then 3 tspn/ gal. I am reading so many mixed views on transitioning from veg to bloom nutes so I decided to taper off veg nutes and then mix 1 tspn/gal veg and 1 tspn/ gal bloom nute once
She is about 10-14 days into flower. Just watered last night for total of 4 fert feedings.
My question is what is causing this complete fan leaf to die and is it okay since there's much more growth plus all my new growth is exploding a healthy green no issues. Also, I've noticed some tears and rips in middle sections of the leaves not sure what that's about either. Another thing to add is I have 2. Different leaf tips go bronze in color and get crispy not sure about that 100% as well.

Please help I'm a newb and this is my first grow. Honestly, I'm surprised I made it this far haha

P.S. She has a slight lean to her because I LSTed her at around week 3 to week 4 and topped at 3 weeks and she really took off from there. Just recently topped again at end of week 4 and she is showing great signs of repairing and regrowing. One side of plant is gorges ok where it was bent to the side and the other side suffered to the leaves not able to reach up to the light. Ultimately resulting in a complex branch system that is robust and extremely frustrating to maneuver around for different spots of the plant to receive light.
Thanks all!!
