Critically Smashed,Damm this stuff is wicked !

Anybody else here growing the Critically Smashed strain,if so what are your thoughts on the strain.

The Critically Smashed strain is a cross between White Rhino & Critical Mass, I picked up some beans last year from the Doc & as part of my package got some Critically Smashed beans,i didnt expect too much from free seeds & to my amazement after a few weeks growing the strain i knew they were special,tiny lil ass plants that were one foot tall reeked to high heaven,when they went into bud they exploded in resin & were the stickiest buds ive ever felt,when they were finished they looked like i dipped them in maple syrup then rolled them in powdered sugar.

Not a real heavy yeilding strain when compared to the skunk & top 44 i grow but the couch lock buzz is outta sight.

Any thoughts on the strain,i'd also like to hear about yeilds,i got just over an ounce per plant which for my style of growing is a pretty low yeild.

Hey Panhead -

I had one CS out this fall - it's a long story but I got my stuff out very late. I had one CS female among mostly Nirvana PPP, and some local stuff we call Sour Apple.

Anyway, I'm impressed with the CS because it seems to be a super tough/hardy plant, at least mine was. I can't give a realistic yield report because I got her out late. However, as you said, the plant literally reeked when touched. I harvested all of my girls at the same time, and the CS was probably early. As a result I got a great zooming high (the kind I like to do work under) from her. Not much on identifying flavors or aromas, but I remember a taste like Circus Peanuts.

When I harvested her, I let two bud sites, excavated the plant and brought her indoors. In four weeks of reveg she's doing well, has about 8 healthy shoots that I'll clone next week for an indoor grow.

Blar, blar. The upshot is, I'll be glad to let you know how the clones come along. I'd be tickled to see how yours do as well. FYI I'm doing indoors under a 400W CMH in a Secret Jardin DR80 (2.75'x2.75'x5.25').
