Croping a plant

It doesn't really work that way . . . ummm, it's easiest to maybe veg the plant a month, then put it into flower, then , after the stretch, you'd simply LST it to your desired limits.

Here's a method.

How exactly would I veg the plant then put it into flowering?

Grow the plant a while (2 weeks minimum) under more than 15-16 hours of light (most do 18-24 during veg) then reduce lighting to 12 hours to induce flowering.

start by chopping off leaves from the top of the plant, in a rythmic pattern. keep the sides intact though, you'll want those for later expanding. I'd say cut about 1/3 of the top off the plant, which can be called "Super-Cropping" if done right. hope that helps.

Considering your attitude I would like to suggest that you take a chain saw and whack it right off at the bottom but since you obviously are totally oblivious as to how to find the information you want in any other way than demanding it from others in a very rude manner you really do need some help, in more than just one way, so maybe you might care to follow the links below and watch the videos.

I have never grown using this method so I cannot swear these are the very best representations of how to do it but it will at least teach you some of the vast amount of what you have no clue about.

In the future you may want to consider one or both of the following.

Improve your attitude and people skills … play nice with others.

Or stop annoying people and use Google to find what you want to learn about.

super crop!!! in my signature is my journal, ull see a link called "super-cropping" in the first post with pics.. its a great thread..explains it all... i do this and if u look threw my pics ull see the efects from this... my plant would be about 3ft+ with out it and they r at about 18inchs cuz of it... it also allows the buds at ur nodes to become tops and mature properly as u will see in my pics

thats not super copping... thats topping... super cropping is bending ur plant to make it grow horizontal to promote more tops above ur bend and let the lower nugs mature properly

they r simaler... supercropping u pinch and bend creating damage which will heal as an elbow and promote stronger stalks for heavy buds so yes the way i explained it i guess would be LSTing but i was jus being brief to cearlify buddies post of toppin NOT supper cropping... the thread in my journal would have explained me better thats y i said klik it.. its the same idea as LSTing

lol obviously thats not the way to super-crop a plant... I figured the rhythmic cutting of the tops off at 1/3 of the plant was a dead give-away, but I guess that one flew right over your head. this guy doesn't deserve a real answer to a question that has been answered countless times on this site and others. but then people like you come along and want to help which inturn promotes these "dumb-ass" folks to continue with the asking of questions that could be found with a simple search, and on top of that the rudeness! fuck rude people.

If your outdoors you should have tons of horizontal space I would think?

Just LST the shit out of it and keep all the stalks a few inches off the ground and keep tying them all down. and supporting them with posts every little bit. It may keep it a desired height and get you to a almost full sized plant.
