Crude blackstrap molasses okay?

First timer 3 weeks into flowering bought crude blackstrap unsulphered molasses . Is this the right kind want to make sure the "crude" part is okay to use? Any thoughts ??

I say any kind of molesses iz gud 4 budding/flowering really... but they say blackstrap molesses iz the best kind to use, gud luck
