im new to the breeding scene

ill be using CS

but my question is

i got 2 females lets says

1 Super Skunk and 1 White Widow i spray the super skunk with the sc til it shows pollen sacks collect it
and put it on the white widow would the seeds carry traits from both strains making hybrid fem seeds?

or is cs used just to make fem seeds from 1 strain like collecting the pollen from a white widow and use it on another white widow to make white widow fem seeds

It's a method used mostly to get feminized seed from a special mother plant. I.e A white widow mother that's been grown out & flowered enough times to know she's special & you'd like to keep her around. Clone her, reverse the plant that's in flower & collect the pollen. Use said pollen to pollinate your clones when they are in flower & budding. Bingo! Feminized White widow seeds that'll
be just like the mom all females 

okay say i do that and take the pollen and put it on a different strain would the fem seeds show signs/trains from each

Yes you would get a 50/50 hybrid if you took 2 female plants and used CS on one to pollinate the other one. I wouldn't really worry about collecting the pollen since you can make feminized seeds of that same female so if the female your using the CS on isn't a true stable strain you could end up with alot of genetics to chose from.
