Curing below 50%?

Hey everyone, I’m a fairly new grower and trying to get my harvesting methods down. I have 2 jars of Super Silver Haze I chopped on 4/9 and hung til 4/18 in my drying tent. The rh I couldn’t get above 48% but it seemed to do alright and felt like it was a good consistency to go ahead an trim and jar. Now I can’t get the jars rh to get above 48% either. I thought it was just bc the tent was much larger in volume compared to trimmed and jarred bud. I don’t want to use Boveda packs and I thought abt throwing some wet bud in there, but question is, all in all will it cure properly at 48% or do I really need to get to the 62%?

That’s too low in my opinion yes you really do need to raise the humidity. How long have they been in the jars?

Once it is dry...it is dry. Bringing it back up to 62 ain't going fix anything now.

Getting the dry and jar trimming down is hard as fuck for small growers who have limited RH flexibility like myself.

You can dry at 40%. Just that it will dry in 3 days not 7.

Sorry dude. Your cure is done on this grow. Live n learn.

I missed the windows on my first 3 grows in my new place cause everything was different. Over dried the buds. Now I jar early to be safe.

I’ll give it a try. Couldn’t be much different than a slice of fruit like I’ve read a million times. I just second guessed it bc I didn’t want to start a potential mold problem in jars that just started.
