***Curing Help***

hey guys!!!!

Ok so im almost done drying my babies out. another 2-3 days and they'll b done wit dryig...then i move onto curing...is there any other options besides puting them in glass jars...can i put em in plastic instead...im aware that plastic breathes and isnt as effective as glass but wud it b Ok to do??? any other suggestions would be great thanks!!!!!!!:peace:

i heard that paper bags are the way to go. id stay away from plastic. think about leaving fruit in a plastic bag out all day, mold city!

No way, terrible medium for curing. You can use plastic for curing, but it often does leave a bit of a taste to the bud. It isn't really that noticeable, but if you can get a hold of some plastic containers that come with rolling tobacco then you should be fine. Other than that I would suggest going with some glass mason jars, but really it is all up to you at this point.

look for jars in thrift stores, salvation army type places or like, antique shops. usually find em for a good price there too.

Dak....I recently bought 12 quart Kerr jars for 6 bucks at Bi-mart (similar to Walmart).
I've used Tupperware type containers before with no problem. But I think glass does a better job in the long run. Just my experience...
