curing weight?

hello,
what is the best way to cure weight? lets say 5lbs. i wouldnt want to have a shit load of mason jars lying around everywhere. are there any other alternatives?

plastic bags would work fine...

so i can use the same turkey bags and just let them sit? thanks!

...they make mason jars up to 4 gallons, they hold a substantial amount and it cuts down on # to burp!

Yeah that would be fine, the whole point is to put it let the moisture redistribute and to keep it airtight burping everyday. As long as it's airtight you'll be golden.

get a 5gal bucket with lid... make sure the lid has the rubber seal on it...
