It depends on when you start the curing process.
The more moisture is lost the more weight is also lost.
Some people start curing @ 60% which only leads to a tiny loss of weight if any.
Some people start curing @ 75% which could lead to quite a bit of weight loss.
But as already mentioned, by far most weight is lost during drying.
And the moisture weight will be lost any way you do it, whether by drying or curing.
If you figure a 75%-80% loss of weight from freshly harvested that should give you an idea of the final weight.
