curling under?

So pros, my bottom sets of leave are curling under so I ran through the reasons why and decided to flush and restart nutes and also bought more exhaust fans and exhaust inlet duct for around my hps but

question Is if the reason my leaves curled was because excessive watering will my plant recover,

I'm in 2nd week of flower, bag Indica, 5gallon pot,potting mix, vemiculite feed,1/2feed,water every 4 to 5 days using technaflora I also lollipoped pruned everything was fine till this week was the best veg I ever had

They should recover but you should know that flushing is not a solution for overwatering. Just water them less next time.
