Curling upwards, wtf?

do one of two things, move the plants farther away from the lights or the lights away from the plants...lol either one should work out for ya, good luck

yo sup bros, thanks for responding.
cool, Ive been messing with the lights alot, not sure cuz Ive read 3 inches to 6 and what not..but wasent sure on what bulb that was for, since Im using one 23 watt cfl(100) on each plant I wanted to make sure it was getting enouph light....i dident see any problems like that at first when the plants were in their first 2 weeks of growth..their in their 3third week right now.
Ive moved the light up a inch or two and have been spraying them to keep cool now that I can use my ac.

Seems like you might be either burning them with what you are spraying them with, or you have bug problems (probably thrips)
