curly leaves up, yellow, brown, drying!?!? whats going wrong?? HELP!!

hi there... this is my 1st grow... need some help, hope its not to late...!?!?
the plant is only 3/4 weeks old, plant looks very heathly (stem wise) suddenly with in 2days it just gone down hill... im only feeding it p.h 5.6 now, no feed... please advise ppl...
chronic haze/indoor garage grow
temp 26/30C water - temp 24C
p.h 5.6 - e.c 9.0
lights eco e40 8u 250w blue spec, hanging 1 half foot away
in rock cube with roots coming out (root tips were slightly browning or dying)
mylar refec wall covering
hydro grow A&B nute
Co2 bottle inrichment
inlet/outlet fans, osclating fans

I guess you meant 0.9 ec man, which is puzzling cos this looks like fairly severe overfeeding, some of the leaves look almost black with notrogen

sorry me again man, or maybe overwatering, what intervals have you got youre pumps to come on at?

Looks like overwatering... I'll give you props for going with a hydro and co2 on your first grow. Thats pretty ballzy bro. Grow big or go home I guess...
