could be over/under watering or a ph problem. what is your ph? you might try turning off the hps when you take pics. the color comes out much beter.

My pH is probably around 7. I use tap water. This plant gets the same watering as my other 5. Only this one shows any curling.

I did have a spill with this plant and it fell out of it's pot, so I had to repot it. Maybe it's still feeling some stress.

I have had the same issue with some of my plants, and I think it is pH related. Do you actively check the pH of your water+nutrients AND your runoff? If you can test the soil directly that is ideal, but you should know exactly what the pH is of everything that goes in and comes out of your plants. Some plants are also more sensitive to pH imbalance than others, which is why only one plant might be showing signs of "the claw" as I like to call it. Dropping it and repotting certainly could stress it, but I don't think it would stress it into curling under like that.

My temperature is good. I've got a grow tent on my balcony and the ventilation works well.

It's the plant in the front row, right hand. My other plants are lookin good.

When mine had the "claw" look, I ended up doing a 3x flush and seemed to stop new growth from curling but the curled stayed curled.

id say give it a couples flushs and then after a few days if nothing has helped then youll have to try something else. good luck!

ph can run 5.5-7.5 and work. Don't know my tap water is fine to use. I did all that testing stuff and found it dosen't make a big differance. This last grow has been my best and I stoped testing the water. lol with that said my tap water runs a ph of 6.6-7.8 and ppm's range 180-270.

u should NEVER NEVER use tap water r u crazy?? and ph should ALWAYS be 6.5.. learn your stuff buddy

Ok, smarty pants, his water is FINE. not the best but still usable.
ppms maybe a little high, but not off the charts.
Tap water quality can vary greatly.
I was gonna drink some water when I was in Florida once, and it smelled like it came right out of the turd plant. In fact I think it did.
My tap is 5 ppm and ph 6.4.
Never been higher than 10ppm period.
I have heard of tap being at around 700ppm.

dirtyoz do you have a ro system? I tested a budys water and he had ro ph was 6.5 and ppm's were 10.

Oh and his ph without ro was 7.3 and ppm's were 680. It's well water. He is about 20 miles from me. my well water is... in the above post. Don't know how deep hi well is mine is 500 feet.

One thing I am slowly learning...ALWAYS check pH. 6.5 is too high unless you are using really acidic soil. 6.3 is often said to be golden, but I have found 6.0 to be best. As salts build up I would rather go with 5.9 than adjust and risk 6.4.

Are they all the same strain? What is it? Are there any other variables? One pheno of Red Diesel does this no matter how dry you keep her and I grew OG Kush that did it also (1st grow...who knows...but pH would be a good guess)
Like others said, some are just bitchier than others.

Oh and as for tap (I would absolutely not use unless It was very low in ppm) mine usually is 7.6 and ~280ppm. I was rinsing my meters cuz I am out of flush water which I usually use, and my water is now pH 6.5 and 670ppm! I even checked and calibrated both meters because of this. I read that the composition of municipal water varies due to influxes of storm water which needs more treatment and seasonal changes of water source(s).

Unless you have really good water, pay $0.25/gal for RO. Make the dissolved solids in your nutes the ones you want, not water disinfectants and toxic amounts of nute/mineral locking calcium...just my lousy opinion though...wish I had good water...rainwater.

I do have an ro that I bought for my saltwater reef aquarium, but learned that i did not really need it.

I live in a remote area and my tap water is rain collected from my metal roof to a 10,000 gal tank.

Yeah well water can be pretty nasty. He def. needs that RO. He can also get an add on DI filter as well. (deionization)
Not sure if DI would be beneficial for growing.

I have this same issue with my current plant as you can see in the attatched picture.

I've tried flushing and it didn't help much...I'm using bloom and a foliar-spray so I thought it might be too much...now I think it might be an issue with light. But I'm a noob to growing so I could be completely wrong.
