Welcome. thanks for stopping in . I'm not the most experienced but I'm here trying to gain and share knowledge here with fellow peers

time to get ya caught up
Well this is day 28, of my current grow, Sorry for starting so late. I've been awaiting some beans to complete the grow. But anyway I'm confident they will arrive soon.

So far I have 5 Ak 48's 1week old and 27bagseeds currently going in a 58HX48WX20D cabinet.


I started off with jiffy peat pellets but found starting directly in soil in plastic shot cups gave me a higher germ rate so i switched to that method.


I have sexed 1 male and 1 female so far

I also was using a gigantic rubbermaid container the first three weeks until i designed the cab.
I purchased all the materials for the cab at the local corporate hardware store. for $50 minus lighting,wiring,fans,ect.

I think I may have stressed the AK's the first day i put them in the cab. i hadn't yet put the exhaust fans in and i think they got heat stress.

I germed 6/6 and killed one due to "over loving" her. tried to help her take her shell off and snapped her neck

So i got 5 left doing ok 2 were stretching a bit but have leveled off.

Ok on to the bagseed I have been germing some off the best bagseeds i can find. about 30 various mystery beans that me or a couple of my closest friends found in past bud and swore was "the best weed they've ever had "(or that they could find a seed in anyway) and kept in hopes of "one day" planting.

Most of the foil u see was the old rubbermaid container and the foil in the cab is gone aswell.... lol

I've been germing about 10 beans a week and today I'm soaking 10 more beans I found in some pretty good bud I just picked up. I'm still waiting on my KF and El monstre's from sannie

heres a few more pics is the bushy short pheno of the bagseed a good trait?

I'm growin with jungle growth pure organic soil .14-.5-.5 i think . It seems to be a tad on the hot side with a ph of 6-7 outta the bag. I've added a lil dolomite lime recently to level off the ph a bit tho
Mater magic 8-5-5 and shultz cactus 2-7-7 for nutes.

So far I haven't had to set up the flowering section(the bottom) I just use it for a darkroom for the plants that are mature enough to sex.
I'm using a 100w flourex and 2 42w soft white cfls for lighting.
2 fans for exhaust one small desk fan circulating air. pc fan for exhaust and passive intake stays nice andcomfy around 75degrees

Any comments or suggestions are welcome. (sorry for my post sloppiness)

well the Ak's are doing ok. once again a lil nute burn from the JG soil but I think they'll pull through..... here they are a week old. still noticing new growth daily

The female that's been sexed is packin the pistils daily........ while the males growin like an evil mutant 3 headed weed . He will die slowly!

Now this plant has not shown sex but given the node spacing and side shoot development I'm pretty sure its a girl.

The next rotation of bagseed leans more indica but isn't growing nearly as fast as the first

so thats basically it the other seedlings you see in the other pics are another rotation of "special bagseed" I germed after the AK 48's to gauge their progress. I will germ Sannies genetics and do the same again
