Custom Room - MultiStrain - LED - Ongoing

Hey!

I've been through a couple grows now and I thought it would be a great time to start a journal to learn and easily document my grows!

Grow room setup:
Right now I have a 10'x10' room I build from wood with 2 5x5 grow areas with LEDs that I also made. The walls are HTG supply panda film and I hold the lights up with chain from lowes(TIGHT). The room is wiring by me with 12 guage wire and will not exceed 15 Amps on 120v.

Light setup:
My light is a CXA3050 running at 2700k color temperature. I have one per sqft which gives my 5000 lumens per sqft. I also have a UVB cfl and IR GE Reveals. So far I love it and so do the plants! For the Veg room I have the light in color temp of 5000k.



TEMPS and Humidity
I have been hitting record lows with temps and just the two fixtures running ATM. At night I sit at 66 and during the day I am at 70.
Humidity is at 60 Percent

Light Schedule:
Veg Room: 12on/5.5off/1on/5.5off
Flower Room: 12.5on/11.5off with IR for Sleepy time

Grow Medium and Nutes:
I have my two flowering plants in custom made river flow buckets but they are a lot of work so I ditched them for the other plants.

From now on I will be using Hempy Buckets. 75Perlte/25Vermiculite with a hole 2 inches from the bottom!

The nutrients I use and mix in this order are 1/4tsp Protekt with 7g Maxibloom then I PH to ~6.1.

Mother Plant Nutrients:
For my mother plants I buy osmocote from lowes and sprinkle in the bottom of the medium just above the resevior of the hempy.

Veg Room
The VEG room holds my mother plants and vegging plants ready to go into the grow area. Right now I have 2 BlueBerry Gum and 2 CJH growing to go into the flowering room(~4weeks left)



Flower Room
The flowering room as it is now is nothing special but I have a big upgrade coming in about 2 Months min waiting time. I plan to switch out the 4 CXA3050's and replace them with 16 CXA3070's in the color temp 2700k which will give me 6400 Lumen per sqft which is amazing to me and will be amazing little suns for my plants

But right now they are seriously little suns in my room!
Here is the flowering room as it is now. I have 3 2x2 scrog screens left!! My girlfriend and I each started our own plants. She is growing the BBG and I am growing the CJH. The BBG is untrained except net and CJH is strain and toped and other things I wanted to try. As of now her buds are killing me Which I love! I am also growing two Maui Gold I started for the solo cup contest but dropped out to transplant and watch them grow! They started flowering 3 days ago.



Strains:

BlueBerry Gum G13
The BBG for Her has turned a rather nice purple so she has decided to keep a mother. I also LOVE purple bud. The trichomes are also starting to pile on. This plant I believe is hitting 30 days on the 20th. So heres to being done on 4/20!!!









Critical Jack Herer Delicious Seeds
This plant has the best Lemon scent I have ever smelled. The CJH is frosting over much faster than the BBG at only 22 days flowering. The nugs are small right now but it is early and I'm sure they will bulk up. The amount of budsites are great!









Two Maui Gold Seeds of Africa
The Maui Gold are growing well after the transplant. Throughout flowering I plan to weave them in the scrogg net because I think they will stretch all through the 3 month flowering period. They are already stretching a lot each day and I am kind of scared on this one

I think I am about to have a problem. I checked on the plants today and all the leaves were showing signs of something?

Here are some pictures


Veg Plants



Each strain has a different problem but the problems are the same within each strain.

For the Critical Jack herer(Middle Picture Above) I see spotting on the leaves. Very easy to see. I have not figured out what it is but I decided to lay off of feeding another full strength maxibloom dose until saturday.

For the Blueberry Gum(Two edge Pictures Above) the edges of the plants all look dark green almost grey. I have NO IDEA what this is. If anyone has any idea let me know I am also laying of feeding until saturday.


On to the Mother Plants



The Blue Cheese(First Above) has yellow spotting on the leaves. I have osmocote mixed in with the perlite and it maintains about 1000PPM so it is probably feeling the burn right now and should perk up later. Sound ok? I love the cheese and I do not want anything to happen to this one!

The BBG(Middle Above) is experiencing the same as the two I already talked about. This picture looks more yellow. No clue

The White Widow(Last Above) is yellow at the lower leaves and is really just growing mutated. Might get rid of it since I have more seeds. The lower leaves are spotty and crumbly.


And Flowering Plants



The BBG(First Above) is experiencing the same as the mother and vegging plants and I still Have no idea.

The Maui Gold(Last Two Above) are eperiencing a sever dotting on the leaves. I was thinking calmag in this case and will run to walmart if I get a thumbs up.


Main Concerns:
What Is the grey dying on the edges of the BlueBerry Gum? Same throughout all plants right now.
What the hell is going on with the Maui Gold? Does not look good at all.
Why do I have the dotting starting on my Critical Jack Herer veg?
Will the Blue Cheese be OK with the osmocote at such high PPM for a young life?

I am wanting to get these fixed before they become worse
Ph is ~6.1 when it goes in hempy buckets. I try to feed once a day to once every other day when I see fit.
The Runoff of all buckets this morning with just PH water was below 500PPM for main nutes and above 1000PPM for osmocote.
Starting PPM=250 TAP

Hey!
Due to the lack of interest and my boredom I decided to code up a program to help all you picture taking stoners out there! It is free to use and very easy and straight forward for every operating system. I call it GrowPrograms Picture Cleaner Puller. Basically the concept is to clean all of the information from the photos before you upload them to this site so you are untraceable! It also incorporates a Pulling feature for my android phone directly from my camera. I'll explain how to use that later.

The program is written in BASH(Bourne Again SHell) so it will run easily on all platforms. The program I chose to use for deleting information is jhead. I use the argument -purejpg to clean literally everything from the picture.

Steps:

1. To get the program go to copy and paste this into your address bar

2. After the file has been downloaded click the .zip and it will unzip the file giving you a folder called roughly "Picture-Puller-Cleaner"

3. Open the Terminal in Linux and Mac. If using Windows open DOS-----To do this click the windows button and type "cmd"(NO QUOTES) followed by enter

4. Type "cd "(NO QUOTES) into the new window you just opened then drag and drop the folder you just got from unzipping.
HIT ENTER
If you do not receive an error then move on to step 5.

5. Type the following depending on your Operating System
*Windows: sh run.sh
*Linux: bash run.sh
*Mac: ./run.sh
HIT ENTER
If you do not receive an error then move on to step 6.

6. Congratulations! Your pictures are now ready to be posted on rollitup! And you can not be traced by your pictures at least!
