Im so sorry, i missunderstood your previous answer. Thats awesome! So if im running the whites at say 100mA each, what current will the xpg run at?

It would be great if you had a setup which is maximized in the sense of full current for white=full or near full current on reds. Being so efficient it seems like a waste to run xpg at 200mA.
could solve this problem on putting the xpg on a second channel :D

Hey Mark

Im trying to figure out the ratio of white and red light. Or even the power levels: how much white relative to red. This is inorder to figure out if i need boards with red sup, or a some separate xpg boards.

Also hoping for some info from your testing, ppf/w, spectrum (i i thi i saw some on IG) and at what point will there be custom spectrum options (3500k 90cri looks like a perfect mate...)

@welight ist there a SPD of the Super Spectrum Spread, using Nichia 757 V3 2000K 80 CRI(36), Nichia Optisolis 5000k 97CRI(36) with centre channel of Cree XQ 660nm(8) and 730nm(4) you offer in your BG strips?
Let me check today, your talking about the boundary rider strips?
cheers
Mark

Hi Rocket
The 272 has 256(midpower) whites to 16 reds( high power). I will be putting up today variants of the boards in all the colours, 90 CRI, Optisolis, Blues, UV etc
Cheers

is that possible to make the red diode in a separate channel?

potentially but would require a Board redesign, we have a new strip board with 2 channels for supplementing the 272, can be 12 led in series or 2 channels of 6 for XP size leds

Cheers
