Im on my 9th week of flowering white widow. The trichs are 80% cloudy 20% amber. The yellow leaves on the bud started developing burnt/curling tips. I cut them all off, was that a bad idea???

you cut the leaves off or the tips off?

If the leaves are more than 50% dead I'll take them off, if it's just the tips being burnt I just cut the burnt parts off.

Think of fan leaves as solar panels that power your grow.

they all are completely yellow, not dead. Its my 4th week of flushing by the way. I started flushing too early cause i thought they would be done by week 7. I know the buds shouldnt have to much growth but will i get more amber trics cause i cut the leaves off?

The best person to ask would be FDD. He's the champion grower around here. If you were flushing that's why they turned yellow. It's a normal effect from the plant using up the nitrogen in the leaves to form buds.

It sounds to me like you are on track, maybe read around about other peoples grows and check their pics, might reassure you somewhat.

At this point in the grow I doubt if it really matters. She sounds ready for harvest.

give them some blackstrap mollassa
1 tblespn per gallon
it will and taste and weight
you can use it right up to harvest
you dont need to flush for 4 weeks
if your plants are too wet too loong it could make your bud taste moldy
