currently in need of a cycle timer for an aeroponic cloner.
1 min. on / 4 min. off would be ideal.
this one from the good people of Greners is perfect but i cant warrant 60$ because we have only one Aerocloning system. this one is also rated for 15 amps- wayyy overkill, i can remember off the top of my head that our pump is a mere 20w :-P so basically i need a cheaper, lower amp, cycle timer.

will update with pictures or the Aerocloner later. (no pics on this 'puter )
Thanks Everyone

That's not a bad buy, however it is not a true cyclic... in other words, I could not use that timer to run my aeroponic cloner for one minute on, 5 minutes off and keep repeating. However that is a great find for $18 and 8 events per day. Most cost a lot more than that. Good find.
that's retail, they have a lot of other timers available and you can get 20-30% off those prices if you look around.

at this time im probably going with the one from Ebay because we already have a digital one like Victory suggested and it only has 20 available on-off settings.
thank you Serapis!

make sure you know it wont work like other repeat timers, it has a set number of on-off times (ours is 20)
get the one Serapis suggested if you want 1 min on-5 min off for aeroponics.

8 events per day isn't bad either... just depends on what the need is... when you said "cyclic" I knew right away what you needed. :)

Winning! ;)

our digital timer we are currently using has 20 settings, so we have our aero pump off for 5 minutes every hour and a bit.
it is definetly an upgrade from pump on 24/7 but a cycle timer is really necessary to provide enough oxygen to the roots.
Serapis, those brownie bites in your Sig look friggen' amazing, time to look for that zippy of frozen trim :D
