Damn ol' deer

Put some plants out the other day and they were nice females been vegged for 3 months before
I put them out. I put shredded soap around the plants, took 3 pisses and sprayed coyote urine
around them the same day. Went back 2 days later and the deer had ate 3 plants all the way down
to a stub. Really pisses me off. Is there any alternatives other than chicken wire for a guerilla
grow? Because its too damn visible from the air. Went back and spreaded some moth balls around
them and have chicken wire for now, but dont wanna leave it up for long. My dealer says he uses
a pesticide called "furedan" or something like that but says it so poisonous that if you get a drop on
your skin it could kill you. It was banned a long time ago but he has gallons upon gallons of it in
liquid and powder form. I have to do something because I cant afford to lose them. Please help...

habanero's in blender with cup of veggy oil. set in fridge overnight and strain. place oil in spray bottle n fill with water, 2-3 drops of organic dish soap so oil n water mix. shake well and keep a heads up on wind direction. spray all around plants and the plants. dont forget the stem at ground level, as small animals will chew em in half. peace

i've been mixing Eggs, Peppers, and Garlic mixed with water in 1 gallon jugs. Let sit for 1 or more weeks. 1 gallon for each spot each time. the recipe is 2 eggs 1 pepper & 2 cloves of garlic per gallon of mixture..

Main ingredient in Liquid fence is putrified egg solids.. animals arent fans of peppers and garlic.. mix all 3 together.. maybe even add some soap or piss too.

good luck!

Jeez, that probably repels people, too!

Hopefully I'm not spreading BS, but I have heard that placing a strand or two of round fence wire a few feet above ground will function as a low visibility deer fence. Like one strand at 18-24" and another at 36-48". I dunno, though; haven't tried it.

Are you sure it was deer? Rabbits treat marijuana plants like a delicacy lol. I should also mention, that I have heard that there is fat in soaps, and that fat will attract rats, and rats will also eat marijuana plants.

Yep rabbit and gofer , I use the the hot pepper spray (cyanne) on my grapes and other veg work well for deer .but you need also to divert them . Plant a couple of small clover patches 50 to 60 yrds away just off there trail leading in to your grow.

deer are lazy in a sense, if you block there trials 20 yrds before that are leading them to your site with some downed small trees about chest height across there trial ,They will turn in another direction ,just give them somthing elese to find like the clover .

You want wolf urine, mountain lion urine or bear urine works best. If you have a dog bring em often I do. Like a previous poster said fishing line 20-50 pound. At chest level but I would go as far saying place at hip level and knee level. I also use green or brown thread to see if my site has been compromised, place this closer to your girls around shin level. I think deer know the soap routine. You could also try nailing cigarette butts strategically around your site. Find pointy branches make barriers with that also.
