DAMPING OFF, NEED NEW SOIL??

Germinated some Rebel grown 5G purple f3 in rapid rooters girls stems where a bit lanky but still they “appeared” healthy. Once roots where seen growing out bottom of RR all sprouts where transplanted to 5gl fabric pots I’d SoHum cannabis. A couple of cooler night 50°-60° all sprouts got damping off. Now restarting the process and I have treated the soil with a fungicide but just wondering if it would be best to just buy new soil. Would swap out SoHum for 50/50 FFLW and Roots LUSH. literally the first time experiencing damping off so not sure what I should do.

Pics?
Damping off isn't caused by soil

allways best to keep repotting them into latger pots slowly as they grow, its only autos that realy need a big pot for the root system to establish into

Disagree that autos should be started in larger container? Curious on the benefit of starting in smaller container? Have always started in container they finish in to limit stress.

Only if you don't know how to transplant properly..........my plants don't even slow down after transplant.
Even Mephisto (who only sell autos) recommends to start in small pots and transplant.
well each time ive repotted, the main tap root has been visible and no signs of it spreading to fill the pot up. thanx, ive not been on mephistos sit yet

You experience absolutely zero transplant shock? How do you guarantee that you don’t damage some of those smaller roots?

OK
I would like to see pics of those dampened off plants due to soil issues , please

Because my reading says you can't save them, repotting will still transfer the bacteria
Oh ok I see, apparently I wasn’t as clear as I could’ve been. Those girls ALL died from damping off. Thought “restarting the process” made it clear I would be germinating new seeds with the intention of using the same soil after treating with a fungicide.

If it is just seedlings how much soil can that possibly require and why take the chance to save such a minimal amount ?

I was referring to root damage caused by removing girl from her original pot.
Pulling the rootball and the attached soil (in my case coco) doesn't damage roots.
Just before transplant.

7 days later after transplant.

That's certainly not a slowdown from transplant shock.
