DANGER, plants outdoor low temps and rain! help!!!

:wall::wall:quick question everyone! so ive got 17 plants just sprouted, and they are outside, in red 20oz plastic cups, the temp all next week is dropping below 60 around 50-55-58,etc. and supposedly a lot of rain, no lights right now, waiting for my friend to borrow 2 400W hps lights, what should i do? put them out therei n the cold, cloudy sun, or bring them in when it rains, what would you do? please help asap! was going to veg em outdoors and bring em in for flower, but next week it is around 50 deg F, please HELP!

yea. with night time lows that bad. bring them in and set them in a dark room. make sure your keeping up with the night time hours they get.. remember. for veg they need no more then 6 hours of darkness.

Yeah man, just bring them in when the sun goes down.

If they are young plants then those lows will most certainly kill them.

THEY HAVE JUST SPROUTED! im so scared for my babies! heh, on another note though, will the 50-55 F highs and chances of rain cause root rot or stunt the growth?

they might grow a lil slower but im not sure. but i will tell you this about those damn cups because i have to do this constantly, put holes in them if it rains!!! they will fill up and drown them. i havnt had a plant die from it yet though and i dont think you can get root rot with plants that young and with those temps
