day 12 leaf tip starting to turn yellow and crispy

plant is on day 12 under CFLs and fluros, up to now only water. my grow medium is normal soil. the tip of 1 leaf is turning yellowish and feels kinda like its burnt, but its not since its getting more and more with out the plant touching the lamps or even getting close.

any help on what it could be is appreciated and will be rewarded with +REP

My first impression is a heat problem do the cupping of the leaves on the top nodes. If this was a clone it is really common to see the lower set of leaves die off. The plant looks fairly healthy. raise the lights a little or crank the AC to cool off the room a little more?
Another possibility would be water setting on the leaves from watering the plants. Those little drops are like a magnifying glass causing the the light to burn/over heat the the leaf. Hope this helps......
