Day 26 no pre flowers (auto)

Watering every 3 days (or when the pot is light)

Recently trimmed lower 2 node leaves because they were touching the soil.

Yesterday I switched to 20/4 to try and kickstart flowering.

This auto is suppose to flower fast. Is there any disadvantage to a longer veg for autos? All comments welcome.

I've had my share of autos that vegged for 6-8 weeks.
Seeing the size of your plant, hope for the latter.
I'd seriously consider upgrading your lights as well. For half the wattage you could have 4x the plant.

Changing the light schedule isn't going to induce flowering. That's the whole point of autoflowers. That's quite small for 26 days, you might want to consider leaving the lights at 24/0.

Disadvantages for longer vegging autos?
They might get bigger than you planned.
They will finish after when you originally thought.
That's about it.

I appreciate the info! It’s a dwarf auto so it will be no bigger than 2 feet tall. So I’m not too worried about the size. The only reason I’m running T5s are for the heat. Garage grow.

The autos I've done have auto-flowered right during week 5...if you're counting that makes it somewhere between 28 and 35 days. Sounds like you're on track.
