Day 3, or is it day 4? lol

Ok so Ive got four babies that are 3, or 4, days old. Cant remember . Anyhow I went to check on em and noticed that the first plant (starting from the left) is kind of sad looking, tips curling down. The rest look good, but the fourth one is growing shorter and is darker green than the other three, but im pretty sure I got these all from the same bag, but maybe not. Just looking for some pointers on how you all think they are doing, I think they just needed a watering b/c I checked the bottoms and they were pretty dry throughout the entire pot. So I watered them and snapped these pics, hence why the soil is wet. Dont really like watering so most likely id kill them from underwatering rather than overwatering Also you can see in the last two pics the seedlings I put in solo cups and cut a drainhole on the bottom. Funny thing is they have nowhere near the ammount of light, but they have sprouted and are starting to grow. I was germing them for the rockwool I ordered, anticipating an early delivery, which didnt happen. So for now they shall stay. I also have 4 CFL's. One over each of the plants. They are 3000k (cool white) which I heard isnt the best for seedlings/vegging. So im going to be picking up two more CFL's rated at 6000k and hang them over the entire growbox so all the plants get a little of that. Would this be alright?? On to the pics.

ok so its the 9th day now, 5-6 days after the first post. They are working hard on their 5 leaved set. grew a lot huh? I bend and twist the stems periodically and have fans running as well.. water only when meter says dry, humidity is 60%, wondering if I can start 1/4 strength nutes once a week. I got fox farm big grow. Ive been watering them around 300-400ml at a time. Just so the water starts dripping out the bottom of the pots.
