Day 63 Flower- Ready For Harvest?

hey, im on day 63 flower ( 9 weeks ).
im having an issue with budrot that i found only last night doesnt look to bad, bassicly i want to harvest now. but want to make shure there done.

should i harvest now to not risk losing alot to budrot?
will my smoke be good if i harvest now?
