It's completely normal for the PH to drift.

Are you feeding them nutes yet? If you are the PH drift is a good indication of how much food vs. water they are taking in. Nutes tend to lower the PH.... so if your PH drifts up it means your plants are taking in the nutes (removing them from the water...so PH drifts up). If you notice your PH drifting down... it means your plants are taking in more water then nutes... which makes the PH drift down.

As long as your PH remains in a safe range for hydro I wouldn't worry about adjusting it every day. I read that it's good to let it drift naturally over the course of a few days. For example... I like to start my PH at 5.7 when I mix the water/nutes. I won't adjust the PH unless it goes over 6.0 or under 5.5.

P.S. What is the TEMP of your water? You should try to keep it at no higher then 73 - 74 F. If you are running a water pump in your bubbler then it will heat up the water so make sure you actually take a temp reading (don't just try to guesstimate it).

Good Luck :D
