Daylight, Soft White, or Both!?

I have tons of 27w CFLs, Soft white, daylight.

So during each stage what should i do?

Cloning Rooting:
Veg:
Flowering:

My current;

Cloning Rooting: Daylight, x4. 6 Plants
Veg: ?
Flowering: ?

well if you have tons, then use lots of both. daylight is for veg, and soft white(i think its like 6500 kelvin) is for flowering. youd get more help if this was in the cfl forum btw.

Use daylight (6500K) for vegging, cloning, etc. Use soft white for flowering.

Plants love the 6500k.
