Do think they allow these sites to remain available just to crack down on whos growing shiiiit??? Because i live in new york and if u can manage a grow op here u can get guap.

They dont have a choice on the status of this site and like others. They dont have the time to monitor it either.

There are a great number of persona that post here. Some are from places where cannabis is not criminalized or is legally viewed as medicine. How would they know who is who?

Your IP address tells them all they need to know as to your location, who the the computer is registered to ect.

It would not be hard to track people on this or any other site if the cope really wanted to.

On a community connection with a used computer that was never registered to anyone. Yes, they could get close. Still not tight enough to pinpoint without investment of a lot of manpower.

Also, any IP that points to my region raises doubt to from the git-go. Medical laws make it a possible ghost chase for a conviction as it is possibly legal for the person growing to do it. Now someone who posts stuff that is obviously outside of the medical grow guidelines would have a problem explaining it.

Just playing Devil's Advocate here really. Can they trace someone? Of course they can.

As far as I can tell the first amendment rights haven't been stolen....YET.

I got busted in march after having people on riu from my city asking me if I could get them some bud. I did not respond but I had been talking about my plants and I was a little suspisious. You never know tho man.

Yeah u never do know..for example, When ordering seeds from a website..like who checks you're mail..Or even better if u order mushrooms spore syringes whos checking you're mail?

I'm sure these sites/cities are monitored..Especially the mushrooms because that shit is like gold in NY, and im sure FED's break some amendment rights just to find out where its going.

I could sell a 1/4 oz of mushies for like $200 at auction deadass..

Then theres these sites..idk it just makes me wonder because the internet is made to sell..

they dont care about little pot grow only the big illegal ones really. and 9times out of 10 if you get busted its from someone that knows you that ratted on you. the dea dont do there job unless someone becomes a CI= confidential informant

No just the task force that worked for the local police. They were hard core! Im still not done growing tho. Fuck em! my wife has 9 more months probation and then im good. I still fell hesitant to post a grow journal tho.
