Decent sized bug in my party cup

It got up to almost 80 here today and the bugs decided to come out, or in lol. Don't think he was Anything to worry about but I sprayed my organic spray and called it good. Just thought I would share a picture!

Any info I give is based on what I would be comfortable doing.
Please get other opinions.

In nature plants don't live in plastic buckets but at my house they do or they get the f**k out.

A species of assassin bug I believe. That could indicate an infestation of some other type of bug (insects, centipedes, arthropods, etc.) as it does not appear to be a kissing bug (blood sucking parasitic species) which is in the same family because those are dark brown / black in color.

Like you said, relatively harmless.

EDIT: After a bit of nosing around, That appears to be a predatory adult and like praying mantis, they are considered beneficial.
