Decided against closet and buying a cab, need some pro opinions, 400W HPS

Hey guys, back at it with more questions, still learning loads, took my head out of my ass and decided to go for a 400W HPS and a mylar tent instead of using a 500$ LED panel in my tiny closet.

This is what I'm planning on buying, and would like your opinion.

Tent:

Questions:
Flowering with T5's, that would give me loose buds right?

Could I put two plants with LST/SCROG in there?

I will be growing in top, continuous drip hydro, I was originally considering DWC, but it's a pain to move while the grid it hooked to the plant.

Am I on the right track? Anything I should change? Suggestions?

I'm very open, want to make sure it's done right.

I have the same sized tent with a 430 hps venting with a 400cfm inline fan. Temp stays at 79c I have 4 Gods Bud 4 weeks into flowering after a 5 week veg. No problems, I don't understand your question about the t5's thou. Arent you using a 400.

I was considering using a T5 instead of HPS 400, for power savings, but I don't think the buds would come out as tight would they?
