Deciding To Get more fit. my goal 36400 push ups..

so its almost summer and i want to try and get more fit and see where i am the at the point next year. im a average guy 5"11 . 170 lbs and in the twenty's. and smoke fairly often.

so my goal is to do 100 push ups and 100 sit ups a day as well as running for 30min a day. 7 days a week for a whole year

in one year that is 36 400 push ups. 36 400 sit ups and 182 hours of running.

so i will definatly see an improvement. i will also NOT BE CHANGING MY DIET. beause i like what i eat and its not something i want to change any time soon

depending how it is after a month or two, i will increase the number of sits ups ext.

what do you guys think?

sounds good to me.

if your going for muscle mass (which sounds like your not) than I wouldn't just be doing push ups and pull ups, but seems like you know what your doing.

thanks guys . i may add another activity depending on how much time i have during the day to do it, haha at the gadafiii pic man. that dude it nuts. i hope the un takes him out

it will be hard for you doing the same exercise everyday, your muscles won't have time to build up.
change the schedule a bit so you get day's off, it will make it easier for you and you will improve better.

yeah actually changing your work out from time to time will help better, muscle confusion. P90X lol, works though.
