Hmmm who wants to decriminalize marijuana? Search youtube for "<candidate> marijuana" and see for yourself.

I saw Sen. Barny Frank on the Bill Mahar show last night. He was really speaking out about a bill he's introduced to decriminalize possession of MJ. He doesn't see much chance of it passing, but his main concern is the raiding of clinics in states that have medical MJ.

I think not now of course, but if more states continue to legalize medical marijuana or keep fighting to decriminalize or such.

I believe its achievable.

It will take time of course, im thinking it terms of letting them getting used to the idea.

But there are arrogant single-minded politicians.

Well I've searched and the only one I found was Barack who "inhaled freqantly, That was the whole point".

I understand why he would give it up. It would be hard to run a country stoned, but for those who have never used it, go ahead and cast the first stone.

My brother has been waiting to get into prison for months. He will only serve 20% of his sentence because there is just no room to hold drug related charges in our penitentiaries any longer.

Most of the prisons are private anyway so the more people the more they make, most believe thats part of why the law still stands.

Nobodys willing to build more prisons because it makes it harder to sell homes in the area and nobody wants to drive 3 hours to work and get paid $10 an hour.......They would rather just build a strip mall for the money...Only recent prisons used tax money to build and use tax money to feed prisoners and pay workers. The government owes the public more money then they got last thing they wanna do is build a prison and make us feel like moolys.

Come on, you actually watch Bill Maher? I find that hillarious. Hello, I'm in the enemy's camp, hello, got to open the gates for the nazis'. Like the Trojan horse, only you wear the trojan over your head, the one on your shoulders, Dickhead, get it? ~LOL~.

Not only do I watch the Maher show, I tape every show so I can watch it at my convenience. I've been to several of his shows live in person. You see Med, I find Bill Maher to be entertaining. He's like Ann Coulter, only coming from the other direction. Unlike your's, my mind isn't slammed shut to opposing viewpoints ... and I have a terrific sense of humor, which you are completely devoid of. Maher's guests are very interesting too. I especially like P.J. O'Roark. In fact, I have several of O'Roark's books in my personal library. You'll find some Noam Chomsky on my shelves too. I even have Al Franken's book "Liars." How about you, Med ... how many of Ann Coulter's books do you own? :blsmoke:

You've gotta be on some wild drugs. Not only do I not own any piece of trash written by that scumbag, I wouldn't piss on her if she was on fire. It's pretty obvious that reading Frankens Book must have been over your head.

If you are a enemy of decriminalization then one of two things are true:
a. You want to be prosecuted to make a statement that weed should not be illegal and you are willing to serve time for it

b. You are the law and like hanging out in potheads forums on your time off
(btw I hope you are not getting payed taxpayers money to do this)

WTF are you rambling about. I was giving ViRedd a hard time, it didn't concern you in any fashion. Before you jump to conclusions, read the entire post and who it was directed at. Where in the earth did you get the Idea I was against decriminalization. You must be overstoned. I am getting paid to do this though, and you'd be amazed by who.

Don't jack my thread to give someone else a hard time. It is rude and not tolerated on RIU. Please hate somewhere else.

I still love you med even when it seems you are off them sometimes. I have been reading your posts and it seems you are an interesting person. I just ask that you stay on subject please.

the other day I was caught with a bag of weed and angel growing in the window. The bastard made me drown angel and he toke my fucking bag of weed too(lucky i still had the jar under the house:blsmoke:. Now, he's in his nice new SUV cruising the country smoking my weed and looking for my gorilla grow off route 55. I got the location on my GPS but he don't know that. I just pull up to the spot. go down the hill, and X marks the spot. The spring is here and I'm johnny apple seed:hump: I know there will be a time for a night raid on the crop to collect the goods and party like we've never partied before:leaf::fire::leaf:
