Deficiency or burn?

Growing some peak seeds variety that I cut a clone and grew out in an organic mix with some chicken manure & earthworm casting amendments. The top of the plant has been showing signs of what seems like calcium deficiency and possibly magnesium deficiency lower on the plant. I've given the plant epsom salt solution in the past so it seemed strange that it developed those light striations on it's leaves. I resorted to using some megacrop 9 - 16 - 9 general purpose fertilizer a week & a half ago and again a couple days ago. The rust like discoloration and abnormal leaf development is happening at the top of the stems.

Dude never use chicken manure, Chickens don't pee so they have shit load of Nitrogen in the their crap.
Keep feeding it water until it recovers.

It's not raw manure, it's pelleted and expands on moisture and sprinkled in sparingly since my other plants have reacted well to adding less than a handful to the top part of the soil in a 5 gallon container. Not getting nitrogen toxicity in this case.
