Deficiency?

Hello so I have 6 girls about 2 weeks from rooted clone. I believe this is a calmag issue? I’m not for sure that’s why I’m here. 1000 watt. About 4ft from them. Temp are 70-80 humidify fluctuates around 50-60% coco perlite 70/30 medium Floraflex nutes with bonticare calmag 3ml per gallon. Ph is 5.8-6.0 always before feed. I feed until about 10% runoff once a day so far. 5 gallon pots.

Low pH in the medium. I suspect that will end up being a stripey burn pattern. This indicates the pH in the soil/coco has crashed and is way lower than the input feed.

Okay so how can I go about raising the ph in the coco. If I catch some run off and ph that will that give me a better idea?

The blotches are likely burn from splashing nutrients on the leaves.
I would consider the 'stripes' if only on one leaf to be insignificant.
Cal-Mag problems (although it's usually just the Mag) are usually nearer the serrated edges of the leaves.

Just my opinion which is probably wrong.

If you test runoff it will tell you perhaps the direction of the swing but not how far. For example, you feed at 6.0 and it comes out at 5.8, you really could be around 5.0.

If I see 5.0 with a test and I want 6.0 I will first hit them at 7.0 and see how they react, usually though it takes a harder corrective feed, like 8 or even 9. Using the pH pen to monitor the swing after a corrective feed is wise. The first part of the swing happens faster than the last part.

Well that makes sense so I will start to check that and increase calmag to 5ml
