Defoliation/Light Distance Help!

She just came out of the initial 36 hours darkness before flower. I am using a viparspecra 600W (276 w/e) LED. Currently the lights are 20" from the top of the plant, when is it time to lower the lights to 16-18"?

Also defoliation opinions would be nice :) happy Friday my friends

You can lower the lights and observe the plants. You will notice any stress from the lights being too close quickly and can adjust.

As for defoliation, imo the only leaves that should be removed are the ones that are dead or dying. Any leaf that is green will still provide energy to the plant for the buds to grow.

Kerovan I appreciate your attentiveness to this site and everyone's questions, + rep ;)

I'll adjust to 18" and look for any signs of light stress
