Deformed new growth on clones

Anyone have an idea what is causing this? Quantum board lighting. Flood and drain hydroton. 650 ppm every 2 hours. Uc roots at 6ml per gallon. Went over them with a 60x-120x scope for longer than I care to admit. I see no bugs. Temps and humidity in check. Thanks for looking.

mag deficiency for starters. might need more calcium also along with phosphorous as well

Whats the ph? Whats the water temp?

Maybe feed every four hours
lower ppms to 450 a plant that size in hydro 450 would be the max with a healthy plant, since its ill might want to lower it to 400 or even 350.

Light might be too much also, might want to raise it and slow the grow till they get better.
