Dehuey Question

Hi Team,
I'm progressing with my room to the point where I need to consider a de-humidifier.
I have around 1400W of Cobs (16x 3590 and 16x Vero 29) over a space which is around 4x8 feet and I'm planning to increase this to 6x8, spread the lights a little wider and crank up the dimmers to around 1600W.
The room currently has a tin roof, so I'm very susceptible to external temperatures and sunshine levels. I have the necessary polystyrene now to completely insulate the roof, and I'll be fitting a 6" exhaust fan, with a temperature and humidity controller.
In winter, I am heating the room with a small propane heater, which is obviously adding to CO2 - the problem is that the RH is sky-high, particularly at night, as the whole show chills down. If I rely solely on the exhaust, I'll lose all the CO2, which is fine at night, but not so much during the day (it's pretty high then too).
I know the insulation and exhaust will help but a de-humidifier will give me one further tool to bring everything under some sort of control. I have a 10A (@240v) current limitation, so it's unlikely that I will ever have proper air conditioning, since I'm also running a veg tent and various other fans etc.
My question is: How much of a dehuey will I need to keep 6x8 of flowering loveliness, a 4x4 veg tent and a (approx) 1kw propane heater within a reasonable RH range during the day?
I've seen tiny units of under 100W on ebay - are these out of the question?

Thanks for that @TintEastwood . I'm not in America, so pints are only something that we only use to measure beer. Here, one pint = one beer :cool:
Does your dehumidifier have a 50 pint collection tank, or can it remove 50 pints of water from the atmosphere per hour, or per day?
Perhaps more relevant to my point, how many Watts does it use?
