Could be to do with strain , harvesting prematurely ,cold conditions during flower or not enough light , probably some other reasons aswell

My Chernobyl was fluffy aswell. I chalked it up to the strain because my other strains were very dense. Most rock hard bud strain I've ran is Wonder Woman.

it sounds like it is the strain, but weather preventing a full finish can also lead to a lack of density. easiest way to fix that is to do light deprivation rather than trying to change the weather.

light deprivation can be as easy as putting some stakes around your plant, throwing a piece of black plastic over the stakes, and putting some rocks on the plastic edges to keep it from blowing away. use natural darkness and a few hours of light deprivation to trigger earlier flowering and earlier finishing before the cold, wet weather hits.

i have certain strains that finish denser than others.

I'd say 100% its strain related when you get these smaller, fluffy, spongey nugs. I've grown outside for years and have grown everything from whats described thru to big chunky rock hard nugs. I've just found the best potent n densest strains now and stick to them and cycle thru them when you get bored with 1 type of smoke :)

currently growing the white widow strain and i'm expecting them to produce potent and big nuggets as promised by the strain
there are a lot of factors that can cause buds to become airy- temp, humidity, nutrient feeding, light, etc.

Yeah sweet as guys thanks for your input to!, i cant remeber 100% but pretty sure they were green house seeds or somethin. Could anyone give me a heads up on some decent strains that produce dense nugs as i'v only tried white rhino and this ww/bb :(
